Damaged Package Received

If you have received a package that is damaged due to shipping, please send us an email to Prior to shipping out a replacement (s) order for damages incurred during transit time, we kindly request a picture of the package and its contents received to be sent to us via email. We will gladly ship out a replacement order to you as soon as possible.


If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us to discuss obtaining either a replacement or refund for the product value plus shipping. If a refund is issued you will receive a credit back to the original form of payment initially received.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued if the purchase was made directly through If you purchased your product at a retail store or another online partner, you will need to contact them directly to either exchange the product(s) or to obtain a refund.
